What can the indication in Switzerland that a patent application is pending or that a patent has been granted look like ?
The Swiss Federal Law on Patents for Inventions states that products enjoying patent protection may be marked with the patent symbol consisting of the Swiss Cross and the number of the patent.

The aforementioned sign can even be placed on products which are protected by a Swiss patent but are not of Swiss provenance.

Other markings such as e.g. "pat. pend.“, "patented“ etc. are also admissible in Switzerland as long as they are not misleading.
