Camelia is an innate lawyer. Thanks to her love for travel and her knowledge in the fields of law and languages, Camelia gained exstensive legal and management experiences in Switzerland, Germany and France.
Camelia's interest in intellectual property stems from her legal internships, when she was introduced to the filing of semi-figurative trademarks, expanding her experience in banking law, the law of obligations, administrative law and corporate law, all aspects of law she cherished.
Camelia has advised companies in commercial and fiduciary matters and headed the legal department of a prominent Swiss high-end watch and jewelry group with an international reputation. During that time, she gained invaluable experience in corporate, contract and intellectual property law.
In November 2013, Camelia joined BOVARD where she advises her clients on all aspects of intellecutal property law.
