Christel Henrich

Christel began her career in a leading Parisian intellectual property law firm, where she represented French and foreign clients in the mechanical engineering sector and more specificually, in civil engineering, aeronautics, automotive safety equipment and fastening systems.

Keen to discover "what goes on behind the scenes" she later switched to an in house IP legal team of a prominent French producer of building materials where she was able to get an operational and business management point of view of IP. During formative 6 years, she furthered her passion for defending clients' interests in contentious proceedings.

Christel moved to Switzerland with her family in 2021 and has been with Bovard ever since. Immersed since childhood in a Franco-German environment, she has rediscovered the multilingual environment that is so dear to her heart and has built close relationships with our clients.

Her experience in both law firms and industry has given Christel the ability to approach IP in a holistic and pragmatic way taking into account business interests as much as purely legal aspects.

Her objective: to know and understand each client, become an integral part of their team so that she can deliver the best possible outcome.
