Maude Augsburger

Maude completed her apprenticeship in a watchmaking company in Biel/Bienne and obtained her commercial secretarial diploma.

A keen traveler, Maude then took several language courses, including three months in Berlin and seven months in the United States, to obtain her CAE (Certificate in Advanced English) and BEC (Business English Certificate).

Maude then continued her professional career as an administrative assistant at various watchmaking companies in the Biel/Bienne region where she gained a wealth of experience in customer relations. Empathy, patience and friendliness are her mantra.

Maude changed course in 2014 to join BOVARD and the Intellectual Property field. In 2018, Maude took over the role of head of the French-speaking Trade Marks and Designs administration team with great dedication.
